We require 4 weeks bond ($2400) in advance.

Water Supply and usage is payable quarterly. We will send you the bill. Kindly pay it to us NOT directly to SA Water.

We will organise a contract for a 6 months' lease then we will take it from there.

Actions Required Once APPROVED::

Deposit $2400 bond into the account below.

Deposit 1 or 2 weeks rent into the same account.

You can move in once the bond and rent are paid.

Please make note of the account details below. This is where the bond, rent and water charges will be paid.
